In this online course, Oriol Miró teaches you all the secrets of Gothic calligraphy. By admiring The Very Rich Hours of the Duke of Berry from the year 1409, and with the letter models of the great German calligrapher Rudolf Koch (1876-1934), explore all the possibilities of the Gothic fonts, touching on expression, gesture, delicacy, strength, and power. Work with different tools, from traditional metal nibs to homemade pens that you will make yourself, to create the logo for a beer label.
